Not getting pregnent.
Dear doctor,my name is himaja.iam not getting pregnent when i was missing my date i was thinking that i was conceive but after 10 days iam getting periods.my periods are regular.i dont have any problems during uterus please give me suggestion.what are the steps have to take during sex for conceiving.when we have sex usally washing the vagina with water,.

Hello, infertility is not only a problem with females . Male infertility is also a cause for failed conception.You must try atleast 6 maonths before consulting doctor .Know your fertile period b,its usually 14/days before first day of last Menstrual period . Try to copulate in those fertile periods.You can use rhythem method , if you fail consult gynaecologist with your husband.
