Not getting periods

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Hello Dr, my frnd is not getting periods from last 2 months. Last it was 1st Aug. She is not too much sexually active. She even checked for pregnancy test and it is negative. She didn't had any medicines. Does she need any medicine.
