In lipid profile test results following observations;  triglycerides -215mg/dl; hdl cholesterol - 25mg/dl; ldl cholesterol - 116mg/dl; cholesterol total- 187mg/ dl; vldl - 46mg/dl . What can I do for me. Please advise

Hi there is borderline elevation of triglycerides... Proper diet control and regular exercise would be sufficient at this level..
