Not able to walk

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Dr , my mother had drainned abscess on 10 th August 2020, she is still on antibiotics as the wound has not healed properly. But she is finding difficulty in walking now, drs are saying nothing related to skin problem. We don't know what to do now, she also experience current like feeling. Can anyone help. Attaching pic of wound that's not healed.. veins are vissible .
