Not able to sleep properl
I am 26 yrs old 65kg 5'7"inch guy and software engineer. Sometimes I wake up in middle of night and go to toilet and not able to sleep unless I do some activity like office work in laptop or read newspaper. Can I solve this problem I mean not able to sleep after waking up in night? I want to sleep properly everyday night. I sleep around 10:45 pm and wake up 7am. I think I sleep too much at this age. Can I reduce sleeping hours? I feel sleepy after lunch at office everyday, sometimes in morning if I could not sleep in night completely. I also want to solve this problem.

Hey,you have altered sleep cycle ,go to bed and get at right time ,don't sleep in day time ,avoid coffee ,tea in night ,don't watch TV ,computer while sleeping , do exercise daily in morning , don't worry too much...I think you should know that human body require atleast 6-8hrs of sleep.. Without that a person will be irritable, drowsy, difficulty in recollecting recent things if severely sleep deprived, peeson feels easy tiredness... So I suggest you to do some morning brisk walking, meditation and yoga to destress...There are certain hospital which has sleep clinics who can address your issue kindly visit that center... Good luck...
