Not able to pregnant my wife.

Asked for Male, 21 Years

My weight is 85kg and height 161cm and my penis size is 2-3cm normal and 3-4cm erect. Circumcision at the age of 3 due to not urinating for 3 days. Can I satisfy my wife with this size. I have problem of shy bladder and frequent urination also. Hypothyroidism (TSH) also which is 9.55 and currently taking 25mcg medicine. Please help me to get rid of all these problems.
