Not able to get pregnant.

My wife is not able to conceive. My penis size is very small i.e. 2-3cm normal and 4-5cm erect. Will I able to satisfy my wife and pregnant her. I have gone through circumcision at the age of 3 due to not urinating for 3 days. I have shy bladder and frequent urination problem also. While performing sex I am not able to masturbate inside her vagina. I can masturbate only with hands. I am facing erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation also.
