Not able to ejaculate sperms
Hi ... i have been operated endoscopic cystolitholapexy on 30th of november 2017 for which large 2 cm stone was pushed back in to bladder from prostatic urethra . Stone was fragmented with laser and extracted 14 foleys through penis. I was having pain while passing urine but now pain has gone after operation ... Problem is ....I can become erect and achieve the sensations of orgasm but nothing comes out at all and hardness goes away after that ... Is this normal or something is wrong ... Please help
