Not able to eat in lunch
This is for all mom is not preparing good lunch and biryani so y can't you all doctors create an awareness programme to all parents that their kids eat good food?moreover I lost half kg weight in past 1month and I can't sustain the beatings of my doctors please help least give an add in TVs

Hi Avoid junk foods,add extra calories to your diet,have 4 to 5 meals rather than large 3...add protein rich foods and healthy fats to diet for e.g..egg white...add fibre rich foods like green leafy veggies,carrots,Apple,banana regular exercise without bulk up exercises like weight lifting etc....consult dietitian for further details...take your parents for counselling with psychiatrists  that will help you
