This is for all doctors.my mom is not preparing good lunch and biryani so y can't you all doctors create an awareness programme to all parents that their kids eat good food?moreover I lost half kg weight in past 1month and I can't sustain the beatings of my teacher.so doctors please help me.at least give an add in TVs

Avoid junk foods,add extra calories to your diet,have 4 to 5 meals rather than large 3...add protein rich foods and healthy fats to diet for e.g..egg white...add fibre rich foods like green leafy veggies,carrots,Apple,banana etc....do regular exercise without failure...do bulk up exercises like weight lifting etc....consult dietitian for further details...take your parents for counselling with psychiatrists that will help you
