Frequently i used to get cold and i start sneezing..
Due to which i get severe headache..if i sleep it becomes good.
If i wash my face or if i apply soap or by dust...these all causes sneezing and runing nose and itching inside nose..
Please suggest me what should i go for?

hello der symptoms suggestive of allergic rhinitis
or sinusitis which has to be ruled out
avoid all the mentioned allergens
consult ent specialist for further evaluation and treatment.
