Nose wall struck by finger nail

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I was picking my nose and the edge of my finger nail struck the inside wall of my nose.The area became reddish but there was no cut or bleeding. Can this lead to black fungus development? I am 20 years old,home isolation recovered and medicines taken by me: 1.Azithral 5 days 2.budamate 200 mcg inhaler 5 days. 3.Multivitamins.
