I used to nose pick a lot as it used to tickle. Probably because of that nose has become broader. Is rhinoplasty the only solution? If so, can a slimmer nose be guaranteed after rhinoplasty?

Greetings. These questions would best be answered by a plastic surgeon. Please see a qualified plastic surgeon if you are looking for volume reduction of the nose. However, if its just shaping, it can be done using fillers which are temporary / semi permanent and you can reverse it if you aren't happy. Warm regards.
