I am hearing crackling sound in my ear and sometimes feel blocked either in my nose or ear. last day I released out thick cough from my left nose hole. Now feeling better of my left ear but not completely and my right ear still feeling blocked. please help me about this doctor

You might be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few days, you may need to take anti reflux Histamine medicines for few days for faster recovery
