Nose cartilage is slightly bended

Asked for Male, 15 Years

It causes sometime breathing problems during cold and while sleeping. If observed nicely it looks somewhat bended and flattened.

You seem to be having external nasal dorsal deviation. It can cause nasal obstruction. If your nasal obstruction is significant then surgery is indicated of not it can be left alone. All deviations does not require any treatment
