I had a surgery in the past for nose bone enlargement and blocking my nostril, it was blocking the right one, operation was done around 3 years ago and that got corrected but now my left nostril is blocked, is there a way we can correct this without any surgery?

Hi. I understand your concern s. Almost everybody's nose bone will be not straight so does not require surgery. You might be having blocked nose sue to allergy. Better consult a allergy specialist for a detailed evaluation.
