Nose block
My both nose keep getting block several times in a day which makes me difficult to breath and it's been happening from 5 to 6 days. Pl suggest me the solution. But I don't have cold r headache.

Hello..
Well it's a common symptom in cold...I suggest you to take steam atleast 3 times in a day..it will help in relieving your cold...try to have warm water and food..cover yourself well...you may need anti histamines like cetrizine for cold .. consult a physician you can also use normal saline nasal drops.....thank you
