Nose block in kids in the early morning
Doctor, My son's (6years) nose is getting blocked early in the morning say 4AM and he gets sneezing after he wakes up almost every day. Could you please suggest some home remedies to get rid of this problem?

Home remedies: avoid chilled water , ice cream, chocolates. Give steam inhalation twice a day.
