I had a nose bleeding today day before yesterday and a month back as well I am not sure about the reason why and I am tensed right now

There are many causes for bleeding from nose such as nasal septum injury, hypertension, ulceration of nasal septum, chronic rhinosinusitis etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
