I am 27 M. Normocytic normochromic blood picture: History: severe deficiency of vitamin b12 and vitamin d was untreated for few years though treatment is complete now. IBS not cured. The values out of range have been mentioned below: Lymphocytes 43% RBC 4.5 Haematocrit 40.9% MCH 33.7 pg MCHC 37.1 RDW-CV 14.8% Platelets count 169 Sodium 149 Potassium 5.1 Chloride 107 Is this report Normal?

Hello..... You must mention values along with units ...normal platelet count is two to four lakh per cumm ...all other values seems to be normal ..in you must have had reticulocyte count.. In vitamin B deficiency blood pictures will be macrocytic hypochromic ....IBS is long term problem .. You need to consult gastroenterologist.
