  4. Normal Hb with low iron. Are not taken?

Normal Hb with low iron
I have a total serum iron of 3 microgram per dL, but with normal haemoglobin levels and hypochromic, microcytic RBCs with an RDW of 19%. What is the prognosis if iron supplements are not taken?
