Normal cyst
I got married in the month of May and I am trying to conceive,in the month of May my periods got extended from 7 days to 10 days,but periods are regular,25-28 day cycle,i have encountered this problem after marriage I mean after having sex with my husband,i din had any problem before marriage,later in the month of July ultrasound was done and doctor said I have a normal cyst in left ovary,gave medication for my menstrual problem, m2tone and heam up fast,i also have less haemoglobin,doctor said there is no issue some hormonal imbalance would have happened,she said me to have healthy diet and exercise,and a scan in October again,give some tips to conceive early and naturally

A simple cyst usually resolves spontaneously with period.You should plan intercourse with ovulation to concieve early.
M2 tone is an ayurvedic medicine..i dont recommend.
