Non specific intraventricular block

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hi sir in 2 months back I did ecg and 2 echo which is normal. All parameters is good LVEF IS 60% I recently got through laproscopic cholecystectomy so I did all blood work including ECG in which non specific intraventricular block in result of ECG QRS is 132. Is it cause of concern my 2d echo normal
