Tricinoid is used to lower blood pressure and betacap has similar properties of reducing blood pressure. The dizziness is likely due to reduced blood pressure. Kindly don't self medicate as hypotension can be fatal if not treated right. As for the mental depression I would advise you to visit a psychiatrist so that you can be examined and treated properly. Mental health is just as important as physical health, kindly don't worry about social stigma and get the psychiatry consult.
