Non obstructive azospermia
My husband has been diaganosed with NOA. And the urologist has suggested the next step be a testicular biopsy to see if there are sperm in the testes Have read research online that Clomid helps. Shouldn't that be our first step?

No Non obstructive azoospermia can be due to many reasons. Clomid is not proven to increase sperm count in azoospermia. Testicular biopsy is the logical next step. The only thing you can discuss with your urologist is to try cryo preserve the sperm at the same sitting if found. Or go in for a FNAC
