I am 24 yr MALE , I am having nodes in my body2-3 cm in width and length , I get fatigue and dizziness after studying for 7-8 hrs.. without doing any heavy work ... I did my some test in which ALP=150 U/L ; HB-17.4g/dl; PCV- 52.10 ; and RBC count-5.96mil/mm3 ... I am non smoker and nodes are since 3 years ... they are present in back and 3cm above cubital fossa

Most nodules are present for very long before they are noticed...they need to be seen..however in most cases if the size of nodule isn't increasing over time, then there is nothing to worry..your blood tests are very normal...7hrs of study is pretty strenuous enough..I suggest you should take a break every one hour of study..just stretch yourself or relax for 5 mins...fatigue will definitely go
