Nocturnal epilepsy precaution
I have nocturnal epilepsy.On the day of my first attack i had 2 attacks within an interval of 2 hrs at night during sleep.I ws initially given levera 500 by a general physician after which i ws seizure free for 1mnth 10 days after which i had another attack during sleep at 6am.I wnt to a neuro who added lacosam 100 with levera 500 to be taken twice a day.I hv been seizure free fr 2 mnths since then.What i wanted to know is whether i can go to a gym for exercise or is there any harm?

Did u do imagining to rule out other causes And going to gym is OK but iso tonic excersise can be done instead of isometric like weight lifting bench press etc which may proove dangerous. Instead u can go for running and other excersises
