Nocturnal cramps
I get cramps in my calves every night at least 2-3 times and they are extremely painful. Please tell me a reason and a solution for it. Also there is constant pain in the soul of my feet as well.

This may be due to hypoxia to distal muscles. From physiotherapy point of view you can do breathing exercise and regularly get involved in brisk walking, stretching etc. Check with a doctor whether you have varicose vein problem.
