No top feed yet my baby is 10month old

Asked for Female, 22 Years

My baby is 10month old he is not taking any top food yet.i have tried each and everything to make him eat but i failed.now he is getting weaker day by day ...please help me out with some food supplemt or other methods to make him eat...he is totally on my feed...and offcourse teething olso...some people advice me to reduce his breastfeed but then he cries a lot but dont take top feed then olso..
