No strength in back bones

She cant carry her heavy books in school bag...other all she is fine.what to give for her to eat.wer pure vegetarian ..from june onwards she should carry her school bag with heavy plse tell what to give for very tension about that....

Hello, first of all children should not carry heavy bags , back bone is still growing in younger age , heavy weight bend their back. You are pure vegetarians . Give her milk ,curd ,butter , ghee. Fruits and vegetables . etc.. She should involve in outdoor activities .playing with children , skipping , cycling all these strengthen her muscles . Still it s not good to make her carry heavy weight . Find some alternative.
