Ate a week old hot dog that was not steaming hot. Dizzy, threw up, weal no fever. I have no spleen, do I need to go to the hospital?

I can understand your concern. .yes you do need to go to the hospital.
It's a no brainer. You obviously aren't feeling well and you ate something which was 5 days old.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
