NO PULSE SEEN IN USG REPORT (PREGENENTY)

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I am pregnant dated on 8 weeks.Dr.check up and says this no pulse seen .so child is death.Actually no bleading and no pain.what to be done?pls.give me a suggestion.

Hello.....missed abortion occurs when a fetus dies, but the body does not recognize the pregnancy loss or expel the pregnancy tissue.If a missed miscarriage has occurred early in pregnancy, a woman will usually be able to expel the pregnancy tissue naturally. However, if the fetal tissue remains in the body for a longer time, a D&C procedure is usually recommended.
