No pubic hair growth at the age of 35

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Dear Doctor, I am a male of 35 years have two health childs though my problem is relating to almost nil growth of pubic hair on my face and no change in the voice which normally occurs with boys at the age of 15-16 years. Moreover, the size of the penis quite small. The above is making me feel ashamed in front of the others and hence have just one or two friends in this world. Please help
