No proper blood flow on left hand

Recovered from covid 19 10 days before...after that my left hand painful and no proper blood flow and numbness is there...today I felt numbness on my left side of head and face... sometimes I feel no numbness in right hand also...its like pocking ....i am worried what to do ...which doctor should I consult.
