While you consult a gynae start making some lifestyle changes like:
1.Eat less of junk
2. Incorporate min 30 mins of any form of exercise in her daily routine
3. Sleep well atleast for 7-8 hrs
4. Ask her to avoid any screen 2hrs before sleep
