No period only spotting

Question

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I was on progesterone and had follicularmetry this month. Right ovary ruptured 20mm follicle with hcg 5000inj. I had no period only brown discharge for 3 to 4 days with mild cramping. I tested negative for pregnancy on cycle day 38. A week after my missed period. What does this indicate? As I am very much worried. Please help.
