No hormonal growth. And diagnose me.

I am 17 years old but look like 12y. My hormonal growth has stucked since 4-5 years. No breast growth at all but menstruation cycle goes well which started at the age of 13. Not only breast growth my height also get stucked. I have leucohoria since childhood and having low immunity power. I have appetite but can't each that much. My weight also very low. Many time I consulted even I go thorough some gyno also they tested my hormone and said nothing to worry hormone is doing its work .they gave medicines. I am okay when I taking any medicines but after that it all back...my family members and I also very tensed and confused that exactly what I am suffering. Some says I have thyroid or maybe some whole in heart. ...plsss doctor help me and diagnose me. ...🙏🙏
