No heart beat of baby 8th week pregnancy

I'm asking this query for my sister,Age:27
Today she went to take ultra sound scan of obstetric but we couldnt see the gynecologist because she was on leave,So can u please confirm whether this report is normal and most importantly we wanna know from which week we can hear the heart beat of the baby,today on scan they couldn't hear the heart beat it's been 8 weeks since pregnancy is this normal
Please reply she is really tensed,expecting replies from the doctors,They told to take scan after one week

By 7th week fetal heartbeat is clearly recognised...... Consult an obstetrician or repeat USG in other clinic
