Dear doctor No online consultation . And am from Bangalore outskirts This morning I fell down forcefully due to slide of door mat. Corner of wall hit to back head strongly. It happened 12 noon. pain was there for 30 minutes. NO SWELLING NO BLEEDING OR NO ANY SIGNIFICANT SYMPTOMS TILL NOW. Just pain in hips is sustained. Now thinking to take dolokind plus in 10 to 15 minutes. Please see the pics with time and let me know that any scan is necessary. If yes plz clear is it MRI or CT or EEG. Thanks in advance

CT scan head Digital xray of both hip joints Take Dolo 650mg twice daily for 3 days, then sos. To ask if experiencing vertigo or nausea feeling If vertigo yes, then whether objective or subjective giddiness and to treat it accordingly with vertin To examine the eye to rule out any vascularisation To ask any other problem he has To ask whether he is diabetic, or has hypertension or any other ailments Is he on any medication Does he have allergy to any medication or food Any medical or surgical issues before To know his blood group Ask to review with reports His marital, personal history, his occupation

Some relative can rub the head in such a way so as to prevent haematoma. Can explain this to patient or attendant
