Hello,, if you have other sexual characters like public hairs or axillary hairs,, If you have sexual feelings on opposite sex,, if you can able to masturbate normally then don't worry,, your slow growing beard could be genetically,, if any of the above is not there then you need to consult endocrinologist,,
