No bleeding after taking misoprostol

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I took misoprostol at 11.30am statred with little spotting and if i push hard then i bleed a little. By Dr has said i will start heavy bleeding after 3-4 hours but that not happening. What i need to do next? Its alomest 9,30 hours
