Sir, As per My Angiography report: LMCA : Normal LDA: CTO at Proximal segment Rest of the LDA and diagonals are being filled up retrogradely through collaterals from right system. LCX: Non-dominant, small vessel . diffusely diseased. Ramus Intermedius: Small vessel , no abnormalities detected. RCA: Large , dominant vessel. There is a long segment 80% lesion at mid PDA.RCA is supplying LDA rectogradely. Imp: CTO at Proximal LDA. 60% lesion at mid RCA ,80% lesion at mid PDA. advice me what to do.
