Nipple hypertrophy
I'm a 20 year old male. When I was 5 to when I was 9 years old I used to rub my right nipple in a circular motion with the palm of my hand. My right nipple has tissue grown and has 4 bumps on them and one of the bump gets filled with puss overtime when I shower. I have to squeeze it out every 2 month and it hurts when it's big and I can only wear shirts made of polyester.

Hello.... If your nipple is discharging pus don't neglect it.. It could be hidden abcess.. Mammogram is better investigation for subarealor abcess.. But doc has to examine you before that.. Consult general surgeon in nearest hospital... If it's small abcess it will resolve with antibiotics..
