Nipple discharge
I got nipple discharge of whitish, bilateral and not spontaneous. gynec said its hormonal but not done test of prolactine and hormone. after i doubt of cancer i had done usg which shows right breas birad 1 and left breast birad 2 contain 4mm simple cyst. do usg is sufficient or i need to do further test?

You can go in for prolactin level and other hormonal test
USG suggestive of birad 1 and 2 with 4 mm cyst there is nothing to worry just follow it closely for any palpable lump by self breast examination
And if in doubt you should consult a general or an oncologist surgeon for examination and further management
