I have smoking for 1 and half years and i quit from 3 months till now. From when I quit I don't have erections and sex drive after 3 days which means decreased in sex drive. What's the reason If the reason is reduced in thyroxine levels then it's curable or not

Hi, No there is no link as such. Considering your age having low libido at this age is very rare. However there are multiple factors which leads to these issues - Physical issues that can cause low libido include low testosterone, prescription medicines, too little or too much exercise, and alcohol and drug use. Psychological issues can include depression, stress, and problems in your relationship. About 4 out of 10 men over age 45 have low testosterone. Low libido can sometimes be caused by a single factor but is more often related to multiple factors that each contribute in their own way. However this issue is not a cause to worry as there are medications and treatment available for the same. Rest assured your problem can be resolved.
