Neutrophils and eosinophilia
Can eosinophilia in cbc count lead to lower neutrophils? I have done my cbc count and i have been detected with high eosinophils and low neutrophils Can anyone help to explain

Eosinophils and neutrophils are white blood cells You have to correlate your conditions with CBC count and no explanation is given from your side Generally high eosinophils are associated with allergies,but there are other causes too Same goes to neutrophils which could be less during viral infection ,or body immunity is comprised
