Neurosurgery complications
IN 2010 SURVIVED FROM BRAIN TUMOUR... after the surgery i am facing lots of complications like right legs and both hand dysfunction not able to catch things .. cant even run properly after that surgery now im 19 . Is their is any procedure to regain my normal lifeee

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Quadriceps strengthening exercises-
