Hello There might be many reasons to this. Diabetes or any other chronic arthritic problems also result in this. Another reason for night body pains might be that she is not able to sleep properly. Keep her motivated . Guessing her age from your as mentioned, at this age in females lack motivation, no work to keep them engage can also cause this problem. Keep her busy . Give her some minor work. Take her out to visit relatives.tell her to call them. Engage her in some physical activity like daily early morning walk between 7 to 9 am or evening after 5pm. This will help her to maintain active life plus good source of vitamin D good for bones. It releases endorphins which are known to boost mood nd natural painkiller in body. You may gently massage shoulder joints and knee joints with dolokind or voveran gel. Or home remedy: little warm mustard oil with dissolving camphor tablets in it and massaging at night..works wonders. Get her thyroid levels and vitamin D3 levels done. (If not done) Rule out cervical spondylitis by cervicsl spine (neck) Xray Encourage her and keep her happy and active. Take care
