Hello, this could be due to stress,, anemia, boring life habits, or milder forms of depression, Excessive smoking or drinking, or worrying about past untoward events. A simple change in life habits could get through this, stop smoking or drinking or any other bad habits (if any). Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables,, healthy diet is good for both baby and mind. Indulge in physical activity as soon as you get up in the morning and in the evening, simple walk after dinner will help. Spend more time with friends and family, avoid excess use of computer or phone. Indulge in some sports (no need to win in all). Take a vacation. Avoid stress, These could do lot better to you. .
