Nerves pain issue
My mother is 53 yrs old, she is diabetic. Last year the nerve of  her back neck used to pain along with her shoulder because of which she was facing problem to move her head right and left also irritation in ear  and dizziness, for all this problem doctor suggested a medicine due  to which her problem was low down but now from few months the nerves of  her right hand from elbow to shoulder is paining and stretching badly which doesn't even allow her to move her hand. Please help. as due to covid situation we cannot visit any doctor.I request please  suggest what is to be done.

It appears to be spondylosis causing neuropathy. She needs to get following 1. Lifestyle changes 2.proprer neck physiotherapy 3. Medications
