Hi all, My father has nerve tear on right shoulder. Doctor has asked to operate and the charge is appropriate 1.5 lacs. Can it be cured naturally.

As per your description diesnt look like neeve tear but rotator cuff tear . If it is so,  the best technique is  a arthroscopy and not open surgery
